Mick Ireland:
Mick is the sole owner and managing director of the company. He is a fully
qualified engineer and has a lifetime of hands-on experience within the
engineering and turbocharger industries.
Mick is responsible for the research and development of new components and all
aspects of the companies general engineering and CNC machining. He also
oversees the future expansion of the business.

Andy Jesney:
Andy is responsible for the sales, customer service and marketing for the
company. His key responsibilities include the sales of exchange turbochargers
to customers within the UK and European marketplace, developing the image of
the company through excellent customer service and building and managing the
relationships with key suppliers. Andy also manages the company literature,
website development, advertising, direct marketing campaigns and customer and
supplier databases.
Andy is the newest member of the team joining in the summer of 2006. Although
Andy is new to the motor industry, he brings over 20 years experience from the
corporate world. Working as an exchange modernisation engineer for BT, sales
& marketing for the UK arm of Cable & Wireless and the management of
the business development, marketing and customer service for BUPA Hospitals.

Luke Parmenter:
Luke is responsible for the daily running and organisation of the workshop. His
duties include the overseeing the distribution of the workshop turbocharger
re-builds along with the purchasing and building of exchange turbocharger stock
units.
Luke has worked for Essex Turbo for eight years and has developed a vast
knowledge of all turbocharger types. He acts as an assistant technician to Mick
for all motorsport turbo re-builds.

Paul Hines:
As a re-build technician Paul is a great asset to the company because he is our
longest serving employee and with that he has built up a wealth of knowledge
that is second to none on every make and model of turbocharger.
Paul originally began his apprenticeship with us sixteen years ago and has
worked his way up to become one of our main technician's involved in stock and
exchange turbo re-builds.

Chris Dortel:
Chris is our newest employee and brings with him twenty years of fabricating
and welding experience aquired through his work on Ford and Mitsubishi
Motorsport projects.
Chris is currently working alongside our team of skilled workshop technicians
and produces exchange stock turbo's as well as carrying out all our fabrication
work.
